Returns\Exchange - Returns will be accepted for inspection & exchange with authorization. Items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at baldwinsbbqaz@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Upon approval of return, please re-package and ship to us with the provided instructions.
Refunds - New\unused merchandise will be accepted for credit up to 30 days after original invoice date. All credits will be applied toward your account. Credit will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the items. Please allow 5 - 10 days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.
Refunds Damage Goods - Stuff happens, for products that are received damage due to shipping please contact us as soon as possible at baldwinsbbqAZ@gmail.com. You will need to provide at least 3 pictures of the damaged packing including the label, package damage, and damaged goods. We will work with you to send out a replacement order or refund right away.
